Château Le Destrier- Saint-Emilion

Château des Graviers - Margaux - BIO

Beautiful red Bordeaux, organic wine originating from Arsac, commune of the appellation Margaux. Vines over 30 years old. A deep colored wine with a subtle and noble bouquet, firm yet elegant. Made from 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot grapes, complemented by 3% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec, 2% Carmenère and 5% Cabernet Franc grapes. Goes well with white meat dishes such as lamb, veal and chicken as well as grilled red meats.

Wine made in honor of the birth of daughter Mary on October 21, 2003. Syrah was the first grape variety in Navarra and remains a reference in the region. The grapes grow on hills of +/- 500m altitude that are lined with clay subsoil. The vineyards are only 1ha and yields are very sparse due to the heat. The result is very concentrated grapes with a deep color. The wine ages for 12 to 14 months in classic French oak barrels. The color is very intense and dark. Very fruity aroma of cherries, berries and red fruits. The taste is velvety and rich with spicy notes that meld nicely with the wood. The finish is very long and concentrated. Goes with grilled meats and spicy dishes.

Brunello di Montalcino - Ferrero

One of Italy's top wines, from Tuscany. Ferrero makes less than 6,000 bottles ofBrunello annually. Brunellos are produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes. This cuvée is ruby red in color. Intense aroma of blackcurrant, leather, spice and licorice. Deliciously rounded in the mouth. Elegant and harmonious thanks to its soft tannins. It has a long and elegant finish with a full flavor. Suitable with hearty meat preparations and grills. Best decanted on edge to release the aroma.

Meursault Creusefond

Great white Burgundy wine from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Golden yellow color, strong aroma of almond and hazelnuts. Goes with fish dishes with a rich sauce or with lobster.

Nessa Albariño, Adegas Gran Vinum - Rias Baixas

Fresh wine from the northwest of Spain, the vineyards are located on the Atlantic Ocean.Made from 100% Albariño grape. The wine has a bright light yellow color and has fresh aromas of citrus and exotic fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple. Fruity flavors of apple and citrus complemented by floral notes. To drink as an aperitif, with salads, grilled fish or light dishes.
